Better Fundraising through Better Communications

A case statement is a document which provides the rationale and justification for a fundraising effort.  But, you can’t get emotion out of a piece of paper!

A VIDEO CASE STATEMENT applies the same presentation order to a video that we currently  use in a written case statement.  However, because of the nature of video to invoke emotion, the impact is put on steroids!   If you reach potential donors emotionally, you'll have great success in your capital campaign!

EXAMPLE - Camp Rainbow Gold

Our approach is simple; define the need, present the solution, articulate the benefits, call the audience to action.  How this is presented is a matter of artistic and intuitive creativity which is where Legacy Productions excels.  The organization that best communicates it's mission in the shortest amount of time will have a head start on everyone else vying for those same donor relationships.  These videos will help you achieve at least three of the five critical steps of donor development;  awareness, participation, and interest, as seen in the graphic below.

5 STAGES OF DONOR DEVELOPMENT

AWARENESS

My potential donors know my organization exists.

PARTICIPATION

There is an exchange of information with my potential donor around my organization's case.

INTEREST

I identify my potential donor's hot buttons, their potential motives for getting involved with my organization.

INVOLVEMENT

I ask my potential donor to accept resopnsibility in some meaningful way for the success of my organization.

COMMITMENT

My potential donor is in a frame of mind to share personal resources with my organization.

Leman Academy of Excellence

Education is in crisis in the U.S. as grades drop as do teaching standards.  Famed psychologist Dr. Kevin Leman has a solution.  Learn about the schools he has built, the classical curriculum, and the huge difference it is making in the lives of the learners, teachers, and parents.  You'll say, "I wish there were schools like this when I was a kid."
